Yes as Your application includes ( you , your wife and Daughter ) and can't be treated separately , your wife being pregnant , Your application will be delayed until you provide X-ray of your wife altogether and RMO clear Medicals. Please see below

are getting MRs a bit late, do you think that might be the case,
