Hello folks, AOR received on 13th March. I want to apply for GCMS note. when i did so. they asked me for $5.00 is that normal?? Currently i am in Canada

you might be applying under information act. If you apply in privacy act then it is free of charge
 
Yeeh I applied last week for GCMS notes, I paid $5

Man my application received on 3rd Feb and AOR on 4th march but no sign yet
