CIC is working at a pretty crazy pace right now, so yes, MRs can be expected earlier than in recent years / months.

No, as the name says, it authorizes you to work with popping corn, hence, you're allowed to make and consume, NOT sell, popcorn. ::) ::)

Pay the fee first. Once it done I am sure Toby will gonna take care of all the paper work. All you can do eat popcorns and check your mail box for the CoPP (Confirmation of Popcorn Permit) :D :D :D
