My doctor just informed me he has uploaded the e-med to CIC, that was fast, only 2 days to upload!
I hope to hear good news about my application soon. *fingers-crossed*
Hi, My ECAS status changed to In Process on March 25, 2015 after another RPRF email which said eligibility has passed (file went into second review after RPRF originally asked and paid for in Novemember 2014). Asked for more documents relating to my job and now I believe those documents were reviewed. GCMS notes said eligibility recomm passed by first VO and no concerns were stated. The second VO asked for more documentation.
Status updated to in progress March 20. Medicals completed March 24. How long does it typically take to show up on the ECAS website? Will there be a separate update for each person who had medicals done? My husband and I had to get medicals done at different offices because we work in different parts of the GTA.
Paid RPRF upfront on March 21. Haven't received a RPRF request.
I recently completed my PR journey. I want to thank this forum for all the help and information it has provided me to make the journey a success. There is a wealth of facts and data provided by numerous users in this forum. I found that to be very helpful. Thank you so much and good luck to all who are waiting for the PR. Regards
Note: From my experience —> applicants can be requested for additional documents after RPRF request email sent by CIC. My understanding is final approval is obtained only when a PPR is sent.
My status was ‘Medicals Received’ till RPRF was sent. Once I paid the RPRF, status changed to ‘Application in process…” within a few days.
