Hey Guys,
Happy new year.
Paid RPRF on oct 8 2014,
Received Email from CIC on 8th Dec 2014..... RPRF pending.....
Resend receipt my email and canada post...
still no update...
is anybody in same timeline?
I received RPRF request on the 7th of November and paid it on the 20th of November. Haven't heard anything since except for a confirmation email for my RPRF payment on the day i paid. Hopefully not to much longer till we hear some good news!
I am even on worst side , paid RPRF in October end , got status changed to Decision made in November 1st week , since then nothing came back.
what is worst : My Current Work Permit is expiring on 20-JAN-2015.

My situation is similar to yours, I paid my fee late October and haven't heard anything yet. My work permit expires late April 2015. But from what I know you can apply for a bridging work permit. It would be a valid for a year, as long as you have a pending PR application and a valid work permit you can apply. Look into that.
I also have a question for you guys, my passport is set to expire in April of this year as well. Renewing my passport will take up to 5-6 weeks (it's a pain I know) I'm wondering if I get the passport request while my passport is being renewed, can you think of any situation where that would delay my application? ex: different passport number, time constraint on sending passport for visa, etc... I got decision made sometime in the first week of November and I keep saying I will get it this week but it never shows up.. The anxiety is getting the better of me.
Hello All,
I ordered my GCMS notes and found this. On the CIC website it shows the hours should be 1560 and here the VO is asking for review for 1550 hours...and when I sent the file I calculated my hours on ROE's and first ROE had 461hr and the second has 647hours and the Second job had more then 1000 hrs and the total was more then 1800 and I even verified it with the lawyer before applying just to make sure if I meet the requirement....Any Input will be appreciated on this. My Timeline is Applient Feb2014, AOR recieved March 2014 and nothing after that... Please advise. its been 10 months and file was sent to second VO in sept 2014

Hi Iamelle, you have not received PPR yet? It's been 3.5 months since you have done your medicals.
^ Yes, no PPR yet but I received the RPRF request and paid it already. I was asked by CIC to submit an explanation/proof of intention to live outside Quebec and for updated forms for my dependent who just turned 18. My last communication with CIC was Dec 11 when i submitted the forms.
I am really hoping that we will get good news soon.
My aplication was received on feb 14th 2014, its been 11 months and my ecas still says application received. Is this normal or should i be worried as processing time is supposed to be 13 months? ?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
