Thanks for your reply. Doctor asked our baby to build 6 blocks. speak two or more word phrases. We captured the videos and showed to him. But he never cooperated and start arguing and wrote in the report that baby is abnormal. I asked CIC by e-mail because my work permit was going to expire and they told me that my file is in queue for review.
Review on basis of recommendation of Dr ???
Did you ordered GCMS ?

Not trying to scare you but the reason for delay could be that they might have put your medical "Under Review". Did you ask your physician if they found anything unusual in your Medical ?
OR
CIC might have misplaced your Medicals. Raise a CSE, asking them if they received your medical from Physician ? Also attach a copy of Medical confirmation so they can trace it in their system.
Nothing to worry. You are good.

Hi Goku,
thanks a lot for your quick answer. And in fact we have had a medical examination for me, my wife and my 6 year old son. There was no problems with my son and myself but my wife has a heart murmur and we think the doctor pointed that as a negative point in her report. So I think you may be right and our file could be under review. Do you have any idea how bad that can be? can they deny the PR to my wife? or reject the entire application (for my wife, me and my son)? can I do something to prevent this?
Sorry for my ignorance but what is a CSE?
Thanks again!

I can understand as I also did my medicals with that Dr K**** he is not at all professional.
We had a very bad experience with this Dr Kawchuck. He was very disrespectful and arrogant. Right now just we are very worried and scared. Please advise me if we can do anything. Thanks

It takes 30 calendar days, so you have to wait.

It depends on situation, by that I mean it can deny your entire application based on Medical. I am not sure if you can do anything about it, may be you can go with another physician or your family doctor to see if that can be a problem or not. CIC might also ask to undergo other examinations.

It definitely would. You need to react, I guess. I had the same situation back in Sep. I submitted my updated PCC, and they returned it back to me in a month with a stamp on it. It seemed to me they made a copy. But has CIC notified you they need PCC?

What does that mean? My husband and I submitted our PCC for the second time last month as it has been a year since we applied and they asked for it. But two days back they sent an email asking for it again, we are very confused :/

Turns out our rep did get an email request and waited to send the PCCs until CIC asked. Doh!! Panic over - all is good
Hi Everybody
A question for those who got a "Decision Made" Ecas status. How long did you wait for an update from "In Process" to "Decision Made". Does anybody know what "In Process" status means? Looking at the sheet, I can say, only a few guys got it so far. Definitely, it is not about time they start processing ones application...
