My Application was received on February 5 2014. I got an email from immigration about the Medical exam on August 20, 2014. All the fees are paid already. Also they updated on the system that they received the Medical exam results.
So, what is next guys? Does it really take 13 months to complete whole process?
I'm off the work since the beginning of April. My work permit expired in March and my LMO application denied due to changes with the LMO process! They just said that all the LMO applications returned to the applicants who applied before June 2014! It is just ridiculous and disappointing what they have done to me!

A recent September 2013 applicant landed and it was bang on the 13 month processing time. I can’t say for certain but the entire process has been very slow this past year so you have to expect 13 months as the worst case.
It’s unfortunate ref your LMO, if you have your AOR then why did you not apply for a BOWP?
