maybe when a package received is certain weight and dimensions they x-ray it to ensure it is not some ticked off applicant who has sent something not so nice!!!!! LOL.....

nope no officer to send it back to. The letter with our package said it contained an addressed envelop but it didn't so I just put our complete package of paper back into the envelop that we received it in into the fedex envelop so that hopefully they would realize that it was being sent back completed.

nope no officer to send it back to. Mine didn't have an envelop but it had a sticker label with the address and the officers initials on it. You peel off the sticker and put it on a new envelop and mail it back. You didn't get a sticker like that? It would have been attached to your letter with why it was returned
Hurrah, my additional medical reports and x ray and everything has been sent to London now. It's after the deadline they gave but hopefully they'll still accept and process it.
Fingers crossed the medical situation is now over and the rest of my application can be processed as normal now.

One of the secretaries answered.
MP said he doesn't deal with that, she does.
So she asked me to fill a form out, the form to release personal information. Have appointment July 5.
Conflicting moral:
"Name of office where the application was submitted": well, it was submitted in Manila but it is in New Delhi, should I put Manila because that's where it was supposed to go, or should I put New Delhi because if I put Manila the guys in New Delhi will dismiss the application because it isn't their office name that is mentioned?
"Location of office": same as above.
