I send an inquiry 3 days ago to the VO, to "let them know" I am pregnant and unable to fly since I started 7th month already. I also asked them if I could add the babies to the application once they are born (well, my intention was to give them a "knock, knock, remember my application?" and IT WORKED!!)
After only two days they answered, asking for new proof and updated police certificates. They also told me that I should send the children's birth certificates as soon as they are born (duh)
The issue now is that they are asking for proof of cohabitation ??? I knew from the notes I requested they put us by mistake under "common-law" but we applied as "conjugal". I will just explain the time-frame we lived under the same roof and mention somehow that we wouldn't fir under common-law and that's why we applied as conjugal (maybe they take the hint!!)
I hope I can clarify it with a letter without patronizing them :-[ good thing is that they moved something, my file from the dust pile to a visa officer's desk!
Hello guys, I'm having a little bit of trouble with some requests I received from the embassy, but I didn't want to make a separate thread for it:
- "updated information on employment/personal history"
As far as employment goes, I will send them proof I have been working/I'm working, but regarding personal history I'm not sure I understand what it refers to. What do they expect me to send them? Are the letters from my employer enough to satisfy the request?

They basically want to know where you've been and what you've been doing since you submitted the application. On one of the forms (can't remember which one) you provided employment history and personal history, right? They want an update to that.
