I've submitted mine on Feb 14. And got Schedule 4 request on Feb 16. I'm a PNP candidate so this is part of the things they ask.
Now I'm waiting... I did my medicals only on Feb 12, so I guess until they are not received I will have no news. And I don't know how long does that take. I guess it depends on the medical institution.
Why did you have to decline 27th Jan ITA? Couldn't you submit a letter of explanation asking for an extension?
My PCC application was received by FBI on Jan 25th, 2016. So it's a long way to go.
I got an ITA on Feb 10th, 2016. I am planning to submit an LOE for FBI PCC. I will have all other documents ready by tomorrow so I am planning to submit the application tomorrow along with LOE.
Should I wait till the end of the 60-day period instead? Will the processing start without the FBI PCC or will CIC halt the processing until they receive FBI PCC.
You should wait till 60 day time given for you to accept ITA and submit around 55th day. This is because CIC will ask for the missing document immediately and start the 60 day clock again. You'll lose time if you submit your eAPR now instead of waiting till April 1st week. My 2 cents
