Nope. The address label (or the "To" address on the PCC) has no impact on your IRCC application - they already know where you are residing from your travel history/visas/entry-exit stamps.
Sorry to ask again but got no response earlier. Does the hard copy of the PCC differ in any way to a printed out version of the eDO pdf file meaning that we have to wait for the original paper copy to arrive to submit for citizenship? I know the old ones had some kind of watermark that showed up on photocopies etc but have no idea about these. IRCC states they want the original copy but surely a print out of the pdf file received directly from the FBI is technically an original?

I know but for citizenship applications it states that you must send the original in with your application by mail. I just wanted to know if the original that I'll get in the mail in X amount of days or weeks will actually be any different to a print out of the pdf they emailed by virtue of a watermark or other such things?

Also, you only have to wait about a week from eDO issuance to receive a hard copy So, no harm in waiting, if possible. You can then do a side-by-side compare and then decide.

Seems same in paper. If you have time better to wait and see the comparison. I have seen cases where CIC is just rejecting if they found any thing different in PCC . I already had once my application cancelled for other count PCC . They are really strict on PCC part
