When you submit your eAPR, submit proof that you applied for the PCC (receipt with tracking number, copy of application, etc) with a LOE for the reason of the delay. I believe usually IRCC will give a 60 day extension.
Just called. They are processing August 14th. I made a huge mistake and sent mine (from Toronto) using regular mail without tracking on August 8. They said they have not received anything so far from me. Really worried.

They open mail on a first come first serve basis, and until they open your mail they cannot tell you whether they received it or not. Regular mail from Canada to USA can typically take up to a week, so it is likely that they just did not open your mail yet ;-). Try to call again toward the end of this week.
This said, and this is an important advice for everybody: ALWAYS TRACK YOUR MAIL TO THE FBI!! Not only you won't waste 3 months before finding out whether your mail got lost, but you will have a strong proof that you submitted your PCC request in case you need to fill a LOE for CIC.

Aug 12 and Aug 13 was a Saturday and Sunday. They would not have received any mail on those two days. This is not a big jump; FBI continues to move at snails pace.
I got the notice to submit with FBI PCC within 2 days of submitting my application and I provided an LOE for pending FBI PCC. I was given 60 additional days to provide the pending documents, post which they said they will continue processing the application with documents that are submitted. Having a PCC from FBI is mandatory because without that they will certainly deny the application. It is documented on the CIC website.

I got my ITA yesterday and I am in the process of gathering all the documents. My documents submission deadline is 02/14/2018.
I applied for FBI PCC on Monday, my packet got delivered to them on Tuesday. Their current processing time is 12 - 14 weeks and I won't be able to get the PCC before my deadline. Is there anyway this process can be expedited (I know they have FBI channelers but only for U.S. citizens).
Can someone please help me with this. Please let me know if you know anyway I can get my FBI PCC early or is it possible to get an extension from IRCC to submit the FBI PCC at a later date. Please advise.

guys dont be in a hurry
just submit your ITA after one and half month with documents you currently have and mention you will give pcc later once you get.
upload proof that u have submitted for pcc like tracking number etc
by the time cic asks ADR you will get your PCC just upload it
Indian agencies and brokers are too risky and dangerous
i submitted mine similarly and got ADR request from CIC and exactly two days later i got my pcc and i uploaded it ASAP

Same question:
My ITA deadline is 6th Dec, 2017. I sent FBI PCC request for me and my wife on 4th Aug, 2017. After waiting for 3 months, finally my credit card charged on 14th Nov but unfortunately, FBI rejected my wife's request due to fingerprint quality (I should have sent multiple copies of the fingerprints).
So I sent a new FBI request for my wife yesterday through Fedex and it will reach to FBI tomorrow.
My confusion here is:
1. Shall i submit my application with a LoE by mentioning that I am yet to get my wife's PCC. In that case, i ll get 2 months extension which will last on Feb 6th but I highly doubt that I ll get her PCC by then.
2. I should decline the ITA and wait for another invitation. I just did medical checkup for us and in case of new ITA, our medical checks ll be 4months old. Will that be fine or CIC can ask for new medical checkup.
