FBI US PCC which applications are currently being processed ?

Yes, opening packets means charging.

I have received my report. My timeline:

FBI received: January 20,2017
CC charge: February 17,2017
Report ready: March 5, 2017
Report mailed: March 7,2017
Report received (within US) : March 11-12, 2017 - Not hundred percent sure what is this exact date.

I have one question though - is the report supposed to be black and white?

Anyone having delivery issues within US for the FBI reports. Mine was sent out on 3rd March and haven't received it yet. So far I've found 3 on this forum. Please post here if your report hasn't been delivered yet within US.

I had to get one in 2015 and that happened to me. It took almost 2 weeks from when they said they sent it and then I finally got it. I'm in the US. I guess if 2 full weeks goes by, you can call them and fill out an affidavit saying you never got it and they will reprint your report so you don't have to wait the whole 8-12 weeks again. Best of luck!

Thanks a lot. I called the FBI already. According to them, a mail is not considered lost until 3 weeks have elapsed since the mail was sent out. After 3 weeks, I'll have to contact them again ,if I didn't receive anything, in which case, they'll send out a new report free of cost to the address I provided.

Hi Ankush,

Congrats on your FBI PCC. You have done it. I think the report is going to be Black and White per some of the replies on the forum. Please check with rohit, email thread copied below. Also it would be better to call FBI and get reply in writing that the PCC is going to be Black and White and it is the official copy. Did you scan the PCC and check if the copy word is coming like the ones delivered by channelers?.

I have a question:

Say, I submit my FBI clearance forms this week and I do not hear back from them for another 12 weeks - which given the circumstances might be the wait period. I might have to submit my online application before that.

In that case, when I receive my FBI clearance certificate- will I have to mail it to CIC or email ?
