Did you send them in same packet or different packet? You can give a day or two and see if the report comes up. You can email to this id and ask for status - identity@ic.fbi.gov. I felt it was better than calling as the rep can see the first/last names and date of birth clearly over email.
Hi DEEPCUR,
we did send our PCC applications in two separate envelopes. When I email FBI, what pieces of information should I put in the email other than first and last name, DOB, address?

Just an update, I called FBI this morning and the customer care lady advised me that they have finished processing the package received on Jan 23rd. Since my package was delivered on 25th Jan(she confirmed this as well), she asked me to call back at the end of the week. She would then be able to advise when the report is going to be mailed out and if the finger prints were okay.
Yes, you can send two applications in one mail. But make sure they are signed by the concerned person. In the payment form, just choose 2 * 18 for payment. Yes, you can use BOA credit card for payment. I used the same.
Try emailing or calling the customer care and see. I am not sure if it would work because the contents are bit sensitive and they may not like it to go to someone's hands other than applicants. But no harm in trying though.. you never know.

I am new to the forum and have a very basic question regarding the FBI PCC.
In last 10 years I have traveled to US a lot of times on B1/B2 Visa (Every trip was approx. 3-4 weeks), so combined duration is more then 6 months.
On FBI Website I can see that it is mandatory have SSN in order to obtain the PCC, But as I was on Business trip I didn't have any SSN.
Do I need to obtain FBI PCC as total duration in US is more than 6 months ? If Yes, How to obtain as SSN is mandatory to request PCC ?
Please Guide as I am sure there must be lots of people who have faced a similar situation.

The FBI site : https://www.fbi.gov/services/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks
says this
If the last four digits of your social security number are needed on your response letter, then please ensure your full nine-digit Social Security number is on the fingerprint card when submitting your request.
You do not have SSN and hence do not need a SSN on your FBI response letter.
