I just got off the phone with them.. They're opening mail received on the 27th of April.. *sigh..*
Damn, thanks for the update though.
I've called FBI and the lady said that my credit card has been declined. She said I can either scan and email the new credit card form or I can also fax it to FBI. Which one should I opt for? Fax or email?
How long will my application be delayed for this mishap? :'(
Please confirm me the email address where I should send the form.

Sorry to hear that. I think the following might be the relevant email :
email: identity@ic.fbi.gov
However, please do call them again and confirm the email to send the cc.
Anyone got updates on the current date of processing?
July, 19th update:
I just ended the call with FBI. My request was delivered on April, 29th. My credit card was charged on July, 14th. And FBI just said that my response will be mailed out today (July, 19th).
I am very worried about whether my fingerprints will be accepted because I took them myself. I was not sure about what he means by "Your response will be mailed out today". So I asked him:
"Does this mean that my fingerprints were legible and accepted?"
He said
"Yes, your response will be mailed out today."
I am still not sure that "response" means that my fingerprints were accepted

I know that they send something by mail anyway.
Stop needlessly freaking out. Yes, means yes. Also, results will be mailed out means that they were able to process your fingerprints and provide you with a result.
Congrats, the wait is over!

I would suggest to fax the details. It is faster as per my conversation with support staff.
Does anyone know how many days does CIC give for extension in case FBI PCC is not received within 60 Days ?
Thanks
