FBI US PCC which applications are currently being processed ?

my application was delivered on 18-Jan-2016, they charged the credit card on 12-Apr-2016, check completed on 13-Apr-2016, PCC will be mailed out on 14-Apr-2016.

They don't inform you in any way. But when you see that there was a withdrawal of 18 USD out of your credit card that would be the time to start sending e-mails to FBI asking them if they sent the pcc. From the time of charing your card to sending it would be about 4-5 days.

Nope, you need to email or call them yourself.

As others said, you need to call USA number 304-625-5590 or email to liaison@leo.gov to get the update. I called the number. If you send email, include your first name, last name, date of birth, and the date your application was delivered to FBI and you should get a response within two days. I would suggest that you make a call as the hold time is less than 5 min. Make sure you also ask them on applications from which dates are being currently processed.

Once you have the answer, post on this thread to help others.

My application was delivered to FBI on 21st of January, but my credit card is still not charged. Should I worry?

I received the fbi pcc last week to my cousin's address in usa since the delivery within usa is much faster than usps delivery to India.
the fbi pcc shows address as my cousin's address whereas in my ita application my usa address is different

is this a problem? or should I attach a LOE that for fbi I used a usa mailing address to get my pcc faster?

please advise

It's standard practice to have your FBI PCC delivered to a friend/family's address. CIC understands that. You are fine.

I've just called the FBI and was informed that they could not find my application (which was actually delivered on January 21st). I was advised to call in a week. I'm super worried now.

Relax. I am sure they will find it. Do you have the proof of delivery?

Instead of waiting for a week, call them everyday. If they don't find your package within 2 days, then send a new package immediately. Someone posted that currently they are opening 25th Jan, so your package delivered on 21st should be in their system.
