I received my FBI-PCC at my US address yesterday afternoon. As mentioned above mine is also in Black and White and no color. I hope it is fine to just do a color scan and send it as it is.
Also since I gave my brother's address as the mailing address, this address is now printed on the FBI-PCC. Would this create any problem with IRCC or should I write a note in my LOE?.
I just called them couple of minutes ago and they said they are opening packages received on 21st of February. Sometimes the credit card statement doesn't reflect the transaction immediately (mine takes 3-5 days) when the txn is an international one. Good luck to all who are waiting.

I got the scanned copy of my FBI-PCC today. I have a question on the text that is written as shown below. I wanted to cross check if this is enough proof that there is no criminal history against me. This is because it says that the criminal history check at the state and local level is NOT included in this report!!!. Is this what you submitted and if it is good enough for IRCC to complete processing of my PR application?.
"A search of the fingerprints provided by this individual has revealed no prior arrest data at the FBI. This does not prelude further criminal history at the state or local level."

My package was delivered on Feb 8th, I don't know when they started processing because I sent a money order. The search results were completed on March 21th and I received in Canada on March 30th. My last name was mispelled so I called to request the fix and was informed they would mail again on Tuesday which is today.
It's close of business on 5th of April and CC still not charged for a package that reached on 22nd Feb...they should really charge more and hire some people or open up Channelers for non residents and citizens.
