The latest update says that they started opening Feb 13th applications today.
No. of applications being processed in a day depends on the applications load that particular day. There is no fixed set target for them or that i know of. The only way to track is this forum and observe the timelines of people

Hi guys,

So my FBI PCC has finally reached the address in the USA. Package was received by them on 26 Jan and apparently the mailed it out on 10 March.

I just have a few questions and would really appreciate a response.

• The form is B&W. A while back recall reading something about colour PCC as this is what CIC requires. Can someone please clarify if the B&W PCC is adequate for the CIC? or do I need to request a colour copy?
  
• Secondly, no that I have it, what should I do with it? How do I go about sending it to the CIC? A detailed response would be great.

Application received by FBI - January 24
Credit card charged - February 23
Received certificate in mail (Canada address) - March 17

I just followed the website instructions. Sent the forms and fingerprints using ups express with tracking mid December, received it end of January. I was extremely surprised I received it so quick.

I'm in Westchester NY, 35-40 mins from NYC. I used this place to get my fingerprints.
