I just called them moments ago and the lady said that:
- they have opened the packages received until June 22nd and
- they are processing the applications received on June 7th.

I just called them too. They will give you information if yours was June 7th or earlier as they are processing June 7th. I am June 18th and she said to call back next week and they might be able to give information on my file.

My report will be mailed today by postal mail to my friend's address in Kentucky and it may take 5 to 7 business days to reach. He will send it to me by fedex later.
My application was delivered on June 14th. I had called the customer care yesterday and they told me call next week to know the status of my application. I hope the fingerprints will go through.
I called them this Monday.
My application was recieved by them on June 16th.
The guy on the phone said that the team is working on my case right now. He doesn't see any updates other than that.
I asked him, if he can tell that my fingerprints have been accepted or not since the authority in Hyderabad India from where I got my fingerprints done, actually did it on a A-4 size sheet with similar columns like FBI asked.
The only stress I have is that it's on a A4 sheet and not on a postcard/card.
