I am applying for FBI US PCC and have a few questions if any one can help -
1. What to put as the Applicant Home Address in the application form . I am on a work permit in US . So, should i put in my US address or the Indian address here ?
2. What to put as the Address in the FD 258 form . Again, should i put in my US address or the Indian address here ?
3. In the FD 258 Fingerprint form, do we need to put the Employer & Address or can we leave it blank ?
4. Does the agency accepts Discover or just Visa / Mastercard ?
Oh wait no...today is the 20th, not the 13th...yeah, it should have been mailed out already. Where do you live? US First Class mail takes longer to get to some places than others...
I have the same problem. My application for me and my spouse was delivered on 19 june and card was swiped on aug 28. I still not have recieved pcc.
Everytime i call or email them, i get a different answer. They told me via email that they mailed it on 12th sep to a US address. Then this tuesday they said it has been sent to India address. I emailed them to mail it to US address and then they replied that it is still under processing.
It looks like noone has a clue of what is happening. Each agent is giving a different answer. Anybthoughts here?
So i submitted eApr in July 10 attaching a copy of my fbi application and an LOE saying i had applied. I received an ADR on july 24 saying once I receive the fbi report I should send it in. Deadline was September 24th. On September 20th my lawyers contacted them saying i needed an extension. I know another person in my shoes (his deadline was September 20th to submit fbi report) and on 18th he asked and was granted 30days.
Hey, i actually wrote a letter of explanation, with a copy of the fbi email stating processing time, and the original fbi forms and fedex receipts, and bundled it all up into a pdf. That pdf was then uploaded in the place of the replacement document.
