Current trend shows earliest is 24h, latest is 48h for an update to the status after your fingerprints reach the FBI (i.e. show as delivered in shipment tracking). And the gap between "Received" > "Processed" is observed to be anywhere between 2-3 minutes to 15-20 minutes.

There is an update, I ahve recieved my FBI report. It says something like "There is no prior arrest data, but cannot assure about state or local level"

Got mine today through eDO. Reached the FBI on Wednesday 02/07 at 10 AM. Got a confirmation that it had reached today (02/09) at 1 PM PDT, and got the PCC itself at 1:03 PM PDT.

Here is my timeline and will keep everyone posted. Received ITA on Sept 20th but I was also forced to ask for an extension as FBI Current processing time is 14 to 16 weeks:
Date FBI received my application: Sept 25th 2017
Date my Credit card was charged: Jan 3rd 2018
Date the PCC was mailed out: Jan 5th 2018 Date i Received PCC at my doorstep here in India: Feb 10th 2018
I received my PCC yesterday in VA
Package received by FBI 29 Sep
Card charged 10 Jan
1st copy mailed out 12 Jan (didn't arrive)
Requested another copy after 3 wks
2nd copy mailed out 5 Feb
Arrived 8 Feb
