Hi could you please tell me where do you see these status messages. Is this something when we send through USPS.
I sent my fingerprints and EDO confirmation mail by UPS. The UPS tracking says delivered on 02/07/2018 at 1:00 PM mentioning "Inside Delivery". But my status on the link still says "Insufficient" , not sure if the 48 hr time starts from when it was delivered or from when status changes to "IN PROGRESS".

mine is from USPS website. It has to be delivered to FBI first.

I have the same issue, it delivered on 02/09/18 at 9:36 AM and states as inside delivery and my eDO link shows status as Insufficient. It might take time to update the status I guess(48 hrs).

Sir, it is 10:10 AM in the US at the moment, just over half an hour since your delivery. Be patient
