FBI PCC

Hey Guys,

I am new here, so forgive me for any repetitions. My US PCC package was received on 27-Sep-2017. My PR file was logged with an "Applied for PCC" status. Now my agent just informed me that I have up until 15-Dec-2017 to get the PCC. So what do I do? Since they are opening envelopes received on 1st Aug, I guess mine is going to take a long time and I want to sort this thing out quickly.

Can I reapply the PCC and this time through an approved channeler (who claims to get me the PCC in 15 days)? Will applying again have any negative effect? or Is there any other way? Please let me know.

Are you a US citizen or GC holder?. Expedited process by channeler is allowed only for Citizens or GC holders!!.

It can bee seen that other than such People are getting PCC via Expedited Channels and there PCC are accepted at CIC. Because there
is no difference in both the Certificates.

Can we get the expedited service even if we are on Visa?. If so, can you refer any channeler who does it?.
I was turned down by many channelers that they can do only for GC holders and Citizens.

Just called them up.. FBI is opening packets recvd on July 27th. Most probably by tomorrow they will start with packets received on July 28

Any idea what date FBI is opening today?

My CC was charged today. Documents sent on 29th July

My husband and I sent our documents in separate envelopes on September 25th, CC charged for one application on October 12th, PCC sent on 17th and I received my PCC on 20th. No news from my husband's PCC. I don't know why my application was processed so fast and his wasn't even though they were received on the same day. Good luck to everyone

no need to decline.submit ur application with LOE, eplaining ur situation. cic will give u additional 60 days from the date they ask u for additional document. i got 60days . thats my experience.

Okay. So, should I wait for my deadline in December? Or should I submit it in November itself?

Got your PCC within a month?. Are you sure it is 25-Sep, you sent it?

after u submit ur e-apr, they review ur application and they can ask for additional document any time after that.
the extra time u get starts from the day they ask for the document.
i got a message for additional document after 7 days.
