Could this mean that Live Scan will be expanded to international audience ? Interesting interesting...Because honestly, I see NO reason why FBI would still take even at MOST a month to send us back our record using the electronic system. They do it for FBI channelers and based on their response time, thats 3-5 days. I hope Canada is well aware of this new change. Either way, I'll put it in a LOE that FBI updated their processing IF I detected that my new FBI record looks different using the electronic system.
I called the FBI's Customer care on Sep 20 , the person said they opened package received on July 7th and I again called yesterday , they said they have opened package received on July 10th.
Dear Members, I have seen this question quite a few times on this forum, but not getting much answers. I have received my FBI PCC on a friends USA address where as I am currently based in India. PCC is also showing USA address.
What I want to ask is : Does it matter if the address is US where as my location is India?
Should I mention this in LOE and provide an explanations ?
Experienced members please reply, if any one has done this let me know. Very few days left from the last date of submitting of my application.

Does anybody have the e-mail address to contact them? It's looking highly unlikely that I'll get my PCC in time for the CIC deadline so I will have to show proof that I at least tried to contact them...
