While I wait for my FBI PCC to come after 14 weeks. What should I do with the below ones.

1. Should I fill up and submit the Permanent Residency form. I cannot find any place to attach documents
2. What all documents from the list needs to be notarized
3. Is there a sample LOE for delay in FBI PCC

Just heard back from CJIS/Customer Support: The eDO process will not decrease the processing time of existing applications. (As suspected )

Just Called Customer Care they are processing around 17 Oct. They were not able to locate my File received on 17th Oct only . Asked to check again on Wednesday

Nope. But word on the street is "under a week" to get the PCC.

Just Called FBI Again ...they processed the application Successfully and results will be sent on 31 Jan.

Yep, my question too. How does this work? I sent another set of fingerprints that were received early Jan at FBI just to avoid any delays if the fingerprint forms were rejected. In Dubai, they made me do an electronic version as well. Anybody here knows how long it takes to receive the PCC here in Dubai?

i emailed FBI and asked details about eDO. Here is their reply:

Thank you for your inquiry,

You will have to check the website out on February 1st, Thursday. There will be more information at that time.

What is Live scan fingerprinting ? I got my fingerprints done from Truth Labs. Not sure if they might have such facilities.
