Thank you all for the support. They said image quality issue! We both had our fingerprints professionally taken at a Sheriff's office, and they both looked fine.

When did your credit card get charged? Call them in a day or two. You might get a nice customer care agent.

it got charged yesterday morning, the guy was a bit aggressive when I called.

I called today, the lady said they are still processing April 1st, and credit card got charged means just open the application, so she suggested to call back on next Monday
