FBI PCC Question Please help

I'we got an ITA on Nov02, my FBI PCC dated Sep 12 2016, i will have all my documents ready for upload in about 2 weeks from now, so by than my FBI PCC will be 3.5 month old, will that work ? I did not travel anywhere, and i know if i submit new PCC it will take 3 month to get.

As long as you got it after the last time that you lived in the States you're good to go.

So yes, it is valid.

Actually it will be 2.5 month old, i just freaked out for nothing. And i'we been on the phone with RCC and they told me police certificates good for 12 month if you haven't traveled anywhere.
