I just looked through my fingerprint form for the FBI clearance, and i noticed it says "type or fill out all information in black ink"
Does anyone know if it will be denied because I filled it out with blue ink?

As long as they are legible and your fingerprints are not blurred or incomplete: I think you will be fine :)
