Hey guys! Does anyone has the answer to this question. Can I do it all by myself ie taking my fingerprints and send it to FBI or is it recommended to do it through some special agency or place in Lahore? Please help.

Try your local police station or forensic lab. They might help you. That is how I got it done in India.
