My spouse crime was recent and just few days before FBI clearance. And that is why it didn't reflect in FBI records.
We didn't lie and put no crime record in schedule 1. As there was no crime at tht time.

If we tell now, then application will get rejected ?

I am getting afraid to let them know now, as it is in final stage.
