FBI Clearance expired?

Hi guys,

My partner and I have been waiting for the darn Option-C forms for 3 weeks now! And because of it, it looks like the FBI clearance form is due to expire in few days (3 months right?). We are going to request another FBI clearance next week but I'm wondering if it would be acceptable for us to send our Outland application with the recently expired FBI clearance, with a note stating that we've already requested for a fresh FBI clearance paper and that, we are more than willing to provide them as soon as we receive it.

Also, has anyone here ever requested an Option C printouts via Fax? I'm starting to get a little worried

file with the expired FBI clearance. Once your Stage 1 cleared , you can attach the latest FBI report . That's what i did with my application .

Did they request you a newly updated FBI clearance? I'm not sure if I'm supposed to just send it without telling them..

They didn't request it. Once Stage 1 is cleared , you can always send additional documents to be attached with the Application . After Stage 1 approval , mine went to Ottawa Center.

They clearly mentioned Send original Police Certificates to:

Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1
Canada

To be proactive , i mailed the latest police clearance to them.

They didn't request it. Once Stage 1 is cleared , you can always send additional documents to be attached with the Application . After Stage 1 approval , mine went to Ottawa Center.
