Hi,
I have got my USA FBI pcc and it is black and white pdf. I think it is black and white for everyone.

Do I need to mention this in LOE saying that I got pcc as black and white? (meaning I didn't make mistake of scanning it in black and white, but it was black white indeed).

Or should I not mention it?

Seniors, what did you do?
