FBI background and additional court records?

We just got hubbys FBI record and its got some stuff on it. Some were dismissed and some he did probation for. It has been 10 years since the probation was served... Will CIC require us to get the court records for every offense or is the FBI paper enough?

My hubby had a dui that didn't even show on the FBI record and they wanted court documents "including full disposition".

Sounds like he has more than one conviction if he did probation for "some" stuff and is probably criminally inadmissible. At a minimum, he will have to apply for rehabilitation. Read the following link regarding instructions about how to apply and what you will need.
