I have received Ontario PT. I have a Canadian family friend who happens to be a citizen in Ontario for 5 years. How can I prove ties to him ? I do not have anyone else to prove as a family or friend in Ontario.

Having family/friends in Ontario is not mandatory for the program. As such, you do not need to submit a letter from your friend. If, however, you wish to, you may ask your friend to explain how he knows you and provide a reference of your character.
