Help on the Family Section of my profile

Hi all- I am submitting my EE profile. I am in a common-law partnership with my girlfriend who is a Canadian Citizen. I am confused with what to write in the family section. I have three questions:

• Does she count as a family member or do I simply just enter 1 for number of family members?
• Does the fact we're common-law affect the amount of funds I need to prove from $12,669 to $15,772?
• My partner has family here- do I include any of these under the 'relatives in Canada' section? (I am assuming not)

Yes, you need to show funds for 2 people, even if she's a Canadian citizen/PR/non-accompanying. This is explicitly stated here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html

Thanks for the response. I was just confused as it refers usually to a spouse OR partner but then says in the link you stated:

"Include your spouse or dependent children even if they’re

• permanent residents or Canadian citizens
• not coming to Canada with you"

I just wasn't sure if common-law partner counts as a spouse.
