Fail to submit application for TRV outside Canada

Hi,

I am applying for postgraduation work permit outside Canada. But I got error “the version of the document submitted is no longer accepted” when trying to upload imm5257b_1.pdf. The document name is “Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made putside Canada (IMM 5257)”.

There is no error when uploading other PDF but only this one. Here is its URL from cic:

I pould appreciate it if anyone have some idea. Thanks!
