Facing problem in Contacting IRCC/CIC by Call

Does anyone facing any problem calling CIC on +18882422100?

I am trying this number but I still cant get connected. Does this number changed or under repair? I have certain doubts to be cleared by calling on this number by asking IRCC/CIC officers.

Please help.

I tried this way as well 0018882422100 But doesnt get connected? Anyone? Anyone has called there on this number and got success?

All the time the tape played as: "Your Call Can not be completed as dialled. Please check the number and dial".

i think the no you provided is for only inside canada... if u calling from outside canada there shoud be some other no

Last Friday I was able to reach IRCC from outside Canada by the following number: +1 613 944 4000
You need to choose something about Permanent Residence application (I can't recall the actual option name ) and you will be redirected to IRCC.
My waiting time was about 14 minutes (not counting time spent on listening to the robot-lady and pressing different options), so make sure you have enough money for the call.

There are mobile apps available that can be used to make free call to US/Canada. I was using MagicJack until now, when it become paid app too.
Well, using app to make a reliable call will require you to posses very good internet connection (preferably 3G/4G/WiFi).
