Hi! I have a quick question. If someone is here as a tourist (say, 2 or 3 months) from a visa-exempt country and wishes to apply to extend their stay and learn English - longer than six months in total - will they have to leave Canada to apply for the study permit? Or can they do it inland??
by the way, I know that it's not a guarantee that the permit will be accepted.
