I need to extend my pgwp due to passport expiry. On the IRCC website, it says that pgwp extension due to passport expiry should be done via paper application. I also called an IRCC agent that said the pgwp extension due to passport expiry should be done via paper application. Now, I am confused because I have read through this forum and seen people that did pgwp extension due to passport expiry through online application, and they were approved. I actually prefer the one application because it is more convenient but I need you guys opinion. Should I proceed with the paper application or I should do the online application?

Did you find out if you could apply online as well? Some applied online and got it, but I do not know them personally and don't know what to do.

I know people have applied online and gotten it.

On the IRCC website, it says apply by paper and when I called IRCC, they said apply by paper. I have applied since January and still got no response.

I'm so pissed.
 
Do you know them personally mate or just read the threads? I want to apply online. I know some people who applied in Oct. 23, and still waiting.

I read it online, reddit and a YouTube video. I don't know them personally. IRCC is supposed to put it on their website that we can apply online but they don't.
