I'm just filling out the forms to extend my visitors visa in Canada, I am currently living with my partner of two years, and we are planning on applying for sponsorship over the next couple of months, that wi be the reason I use to extend my visitors visa, but as I am looking through the forms, I have come across the form for the 'statutory declaration of common law union'. I was just wondering if this form needs to be sent, and if it does who could I use as the commissioner of oaths?
