My mother from UK is going to have her first canada tour this coming January. Im in the philippines right now and would like to join her on this upcoming tour. the problem is that i only have two valid months remaining on my multiple visitors visa. My question is that can i apply for a visitors visa extension inside the canada while having tour just to extend my stay for up to six months.

You don't have a "multiple visitors visa" you have a "multiple entry TRV". TRVs can not be extended, they have to be renewed and the cannot be renewed in Canada for visitors.
BUT
Once in Canada (using your TRV) you can file for "extend your stay as a visitor" from inside Canada and get the 6 planned months.

thank you Jalex23 for responding to my query i really appreciate it. Please enlighten me more with this if you would, Would it fall to an "implied status" if i go to canada this january and applied for an extension as a visitor before my "multiple trv" expires on march 2016.
An about to or nearly expires trv cannot be used to further extend your stay as a visitors for more months, and you have to renewed it first in your country. this what i have understand from your replied, correct?

You are mixing terms. TRV expiration date has no impact on your visitor status "expiration date".
