Extending visitor visa - applied spousal pr - outland

Dear members,

good day! I applied for spousal visa (outland) during july 2015. In the meanwhile, I applied for visitor visa and got it approved for a multiple entry 1 year. I am currently staying in Canada. I would like to extend my visa. My six months entry into Canada gets over by april.

My questions (may be simple ) :
1. Am I eligible to extend my visitor visa? Is that been linked with pr applied inland or outland?
2. if i can apply, till i get the extension visa approved, it means that i can stay on a implied status? am i right?
3. Any other valuable input that i need to remember while i apply for extension?

1. You can certainly apply to extend your visitor status. This is a separate application from your outland sponsorship application and is not linked to your outland sponsorship application.
2. Yes - as long as you apply before your current visit expires.

Can you please guide me? Even I want to apply for a visitors visa. What all documents did u show for showing ties in our country. Also did u wait for your UCI number or applied before that. Can you please guide

I also want to apply for TRV for my husband as my 3 year old daughter really misses him. We are waiting for SA but have received AOR. Did you apply via Paper or Online?

it could be a joint property.. else on ur name.. u can show ur investments.. any loans if u have.. u can show anything that u feel could b a strong tie to ur country hope it helps

Sorry for bothering but can you please tell me for a thing. My investments are in the form of shares and FD and all. But I do not have a property on my name as I am staying with my parents. Can I show a joint ownership of the property of my parents?? Or is it suppose to be in my husbands name!???
