I wanna go and be with my boyfriend for 6 months, and then we would like to apply for PR
So I would have to extend my stay, since i would like to stay with him while we get the application together

How long can you extend your stay?
Should I say that I wanna extend it becasue we're applying for PR, if so, how to prove that we are?
Or should I say because of tourism?

There is no set limit.

Yes, you can state it is because you are going to apply for PR. You can pay the PR fees ahead of time and include that receipt in the extension app to show you are serious.

Yes. If requesting a year, I definitely recommend that you pay the $1040 fees and include the receipt in the extension app.
