Extending SOWP at Airport Upon Arrival

Hello,

I got my study permit extended for another few years. My spouse is a holder of a SOWP that ends next December and is currently outside Canada. She should travel back to Canada soon.

Is it possible that she applies for the SOWP extension (based on the extended Study Permit that I received already) at the airport at the CBSA office? If yes, how does the process go? We are NOT from a visa-exempted country.
