Hi Guys
I recently post a message about the expression of interest(# Agency not responding to calls/mesg;I'm not aware of my expression of interest profile number) and got couple of replies from our group members & I was partly clear about it.
Today,I read an update that the latest draw closed with a lowest CRS Points (447) requirement which is lil closer to my CRS score of 443 ,according to my Agency's calculation. However, since my agency not responding my calls and I'm unaware of my EOI profile number ,I cant keep a track of the status & I'm worried that I should not miss the coming draw.
One of our group members hv suggested to go ahead and submit a fresh EOI whereas one other hv suggested to complain to CIC and try to fetch the details of my account. At present, I feel there is not much time to wait for CIC response regarding account details ; and going ahead with submission of
But,recently I came across some info on representative addition/change/cancellation which has created confusion in my mind.Presuming my agency hv updated my profile ,IF I go ahead with submission of fresh EOI,would not that be an issue for me?would not it be misleading from my side??
So,guys...please let me know as soon as possible some concrete info,as I need to submit my EOI at earliest.
I would create you own profile. Even if your old one gets an ita if you don't pay and submit for it then it's not a duplicate submission. It will just time out after 90 days.

Forget about the agency and that profile...create a new profile and go with it. Let the old profile remain, or ask your agency to scrap the agreement & the profile. Also if you don't accept the ITA under that profile, you have nothing to fear as even if it is not cancelled or deactivated, it'll timeout itself after 90days.
