When did u create your EE profile? As far as the latest responses in this forum are considered, Ontario is sending PT notification of interest on Wednesdays.

I created by profile in Nov 2015 but I updated my ECA report on 5th Jan 2016.
My current CRS score is 400 but I have not received the PT expression of interest from ONtari yet.
Please let me know if I recreate my profile then there are more changes of PT notification.
Kindly withdraw your existing EE profile first and then recreate a new EE profile at the earliest. Select only either " Ontario" or "All provinces and territories" in your EE profile. You may receive the PT notification from Ontario within a week's time.

There is no dropdown option.
While you create the EE profile, there is a section "Application details" in which you select the province/provinces in which you are interested.
In this section, select either "All Provinces and territories" OR "Ontario" so that you are in a position to obtain the PT NOI from Ontario.
Of course, you need to have 400 or more CRS points to receive this PT NOI.
If you have already created your account, you can even update list of provinces from which you wish to receive invitation. You can do this by clicking on 'View Submitted Application', then on the next page (Express Entry Profile), select 'Application Details', you will be taken to the list of provinces, you can update your preference on this page, save and exit and then transmit the changes (important).
If your CRS score is 400+, you are eligible to receive PT Notification of Interest from OINP. As per the trend that we have seen, you should get an invite within a week or two. In case you dont, I would suggest you to create a new EE profile. This worked for many applicants, they got Ontario PT Notification of Interest for Nomination within a week of creating a new EE profile. In fact, OINP also suggests candidates to do so as per their update dated November 24, 2015 (given below).
"It has come to our attention that technical issues may have resulted in candidates not receiving Notification of Interest (NOI) though they believe they meet the criteria for Ontario’s Express Entry streams. If you believe you fall into this category and have not received an NOI within one month of submitting your EE profile, we encourage you to create a new profile in the EE system. If you create a new EE profile, you must delete your old profile."

Give it few days, otherwise withdraw and create a new profile. Even OINP has referred to this issue in their updated dated November 24, 2015.

Hi I am also in same situation, I have created 2 times ee profile from 10th Feb but still I have not received pt notification. I think Ontario nowadays not issuing pt notifications
