Me and my husband are intending to immigrate . Our evaluation score is 424, so if we want to apply for PNP,would we do that through Express Entry? Or do we apply differently? In addition, is there specific ECA organization required for express entry. we used WES, is it ok? And if we used Atlantic immigration pilot program, will we apply using Express Entry also?
