I am currently working in Toronto, whereas spouse is working in Quebec. We plan to settle in Toronto long term. We are planning to apply for express entry with myself as primary applicant. What documents are needed to convince IRCC of our intention of not staying in Quebec. Earlier, we planned to apply by ourselves, but looking at complexity of application, would hiring consultant makes more sense?
