Also, does the management trainee period can be counted in the work experience?
I joined as a management trainee in my company, worked as a trainee for 06 months and in the same department later got confirmed as an employee. I did the same work that i use to do right now in my management trainee period as well. As of now my work experience is 2 years and 6 months and if i add management trainee period it shoots upto 3 years and this is effecting my score in a great manner. Please suggest.
