ECA for Express entry through PNP

Hi
I have done my bachelor's assessment through WES but they are not accepting my MBA degree for Assessment as I have done from
sikkim manipal university so I'm planing to do my MBA degree assessment through ICAS but the processing time is 6 month
So my question is
1 can I put my file for express entry through PNP
2. When my MBA degree is assessment is ready can I edit the education field?
3 OR I just wait for my MBA assessment is done and then I start my express entry process
I don't want to waste my time so I was planning to start my process for express entry
Wait for 6 month is long
Please help me with sugesstions
